Which slots to put memory in

In my Pro Mac I currently have 2x2GB plus 2x1GB. I dont' have to send the sticks of memory I have right now back until Wednesday.So I wanted to know would I put the 2GB in the first two slots of Riser A and then just insert all the rest of the 1GB cards into the rest of the slots for both Risers?
